My Bean Stalk

I was down at the shop this evening and spotted my Italian cypress. I was daydreaming about climbing to the top for my pot of gold. I planted that little tree about 30 years ago, and it was about 12 inches tall. I wish I could reach to measure it now. It reaches way above all the live oaks. I can stand on my front porch where I live now and see it. It towers about four or five feet above most of the other trees down there.

That is a very neat looking tree. Looks like it would topple over at any moment from being so tall and narrow!! I am with mom, if you find the pot of gold, maybe I could get in your luggage while she carries it. LOL... Cool tree!! Wonder how tall it will get???

Judy, there were two of these trees, but one of my customers backed
over one of them when she was leaving one day. She never knew she did it, and I didn't have the heart to tell her.
It has been fun watching it grow.
And yes if I find a pot of gold I will take you and Jamie and anyone else that would like to go to Hawaii. LOL

I loved your yard at the old house. I always enjoyed looking at it when I would come get my hair done. You need to be in the landscape desin buiness and Amy needs to be in photography!!
